Spruce Needle Essential Oil – 10ml

Spruce needle essential oil is made from the needles of the evergreen spruce tree.
This popular oil is widely used in men’s cosmetics to highlight a masculine, woody scent.
Traditionally, it has been used by northern peoples to combat fatigue and as a preventive remedy for colds.

Aroma: fresh, woody, slightly sweet.

Uses in folk medicine: fatigue relief, respiratory support, cold prevention.

How to use:
– Add 2–3 drops to sauna steam water.
– For massage: dilute up to 5 drops in 10 ml base oil.
– Suitable for aroma lamps, humidifiers, bath (2–6 drops), or for scenting laundry in the dryer.
