Harmony Sauna Oil is a soothing combination of three essential oils:
– Eucalyptus essential oil helps open the airways, refresh the senses, and support deep relaxation.
– Peppermint essential oil makes the steam easier to breathe and slightly reduces the discomfort of intense heat.
– Juniper berry essential oil adds a calming, forest-like aroma with earthy depth.
How to use:
– Add 2–3 drops to sauna steam water.
– Suitable for aroma stones, humidifiers, and aroma lamps.
– Add 2–6 drops to bathwater.
– For massage: dilute up to 5 drops in 10 ml of base oil.
